Practice and Design

I drew up a couple sketches relating to the research I looked into.

I began by drawing out the head of the creature I wanted to create my my own instead of following the generic description of the creature.

I then moved onto the body design sincethe creature has slender like features I thought I have a practice at drawing the creatures limbs and a few rough designs of the creature in several poses.















I tried to apply the idea of deformity I tried various designs of the creatures limbs I wanted something non human and deformed instead of using human like limbs I wanted more of the alien like hands and stumpy limbs.

Here are a few sketches I drew out for the scenery trying to capture a dark atmosphere.
