Frank Hampson

An artist I am looking at is Frank Hampson. Frank Hampson is the artist of the world famous,
Dan Dare comic book series, my focus is not on the comic itself but rather the style in which it is created.
The method used the taking photographs of the scenes usually dressed up in costumes and taking a pose for the camera as Hampson draws the scene out using the detail from the poses.
